Claims Released for Financing Film Collector

by: Lester B. Panem, Senior LEO

A collector for a financing firm received his money claims two months after tentatively settling his issues of unpaid wages and cash bond refund through the Single Entry Approach.

Rendell Lou Galera filed his claims on July 17, 2014 at NCMB RB1. His issues were tackled during the conference on July 22, 2014. Respondent explained company procedures in releasing the money claims for separated employees of KASAPI Microfinance. He was told to avail clearance and surrender his official ID and other supplies issued to him owned by the firm.

“Upon accomplishing these, KASAPI will be given a 60-day period to process the releasing of his money claims,” the respondent explained. Galera agreed to undergo the process and tentatively settle his issues with KASAPI.

On September 24, 2014, it was monitored that Galera has already received his money claims from KASAPI in the amount of Php3, 492.77 to fully settle his RFA.
