Region 1 - Jilnor V. Galasinao, Michael Angelo T. Olivar and Arnhel L. Abad are collectors of Unistar Lending Investor, Incorporated at Urdaneta City, Pangasinan managed by Ms. Lecel Prado.

 

The three sought the assistance of this Office hoping to claim their lawful wages and the refund of their cash bond.

 

Requesting parties appeared on February 6, 2013 for the initial conference. Respondent was represented by Mr. Crisanto Estantino, Branch Manager of the company at City of San Fernando La Union.

 

But considering that Mr. Estantino was not clothed with the authority to compromise and settle the issues of the requesting parties, another conference was set on the 11th of the same month.

 

On said date, Company Manager Ms. Lecel Prado appeared together with Mr. Estantino. Issues were carefully threshed out and at the end of the conference, Ms. Prado voluntarily and peacefully agreed to settle everything by offering to pay all the requesting parties' claims to which the latter gladly accepted.

 

Mr. Galasinao received P6, 275, Mr. Olivar took P10, 000, and Mr. Abad got 5, 000. The three collectors collected a total amount of P21, 275.
