Aims and Objectives of the Ilocos Region Conflict Administration and Resolution Ensemble, Inc.:

 

• To advocate and practice activities geared towards the sustenance of industrial peace, productivity andeconomic development in the region;

 

• To strengthen dispute prevention mechanisms at the firm level through the LMC and the Grievance Machinery;

 

• To formulate and implement productive and sustainable programs and projects trhough replication of best practices in community and social responsibility;

 

• To encourage sharing of work inputs and experiences with fellow members;

 

• To utilize available resources to be able to finance trainings or scholarship grants; and

 

• To establish linkage with the DOLE-TESDA where jobless members may be assisted or guided for employment opportunities.
